Pot and Pan Washing:

• Wash: Fill sink using 1 ounce of Keystone Lavender Pot & Pan Detergent per 20 gallons of hot water (110 -120˚ F) according to soil load.
• Rinse: Rinse with hot water.
• Sanitize: Sanitize with food contact sanitizer. Let air dry.
